Safety
Nothing is more important than the safety of everyone involved on a job – from on-site craftsmen to one-time visitors.
We believe that the safety and health of everyone associated with our projects is our greatest responsibility.
That’s why we:
- Explain our safety goals and policies to new contractors before any job begins
- Meet weekly with current contractors to discuss safety issues
- Conduct safety audits of every work site
- Demand everyone comply with relevant OSHA standards
- Require all personnel to participate in periodic safety training
Providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and contractors is a top moral and ethical requirement that constitutes one of our core values.
Making safety our number one priority also contributes in the following important ways to our business success and that of our customers.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
- Minimizes exposures to liability for both our company and our business partners
